    Location:

    This ranch is located approximately 5 miles north of Eden, Texas on the west side of US Hwy 83 in Central Concho County. San Angelo, Texas is about 50 miles to the west.

    Terrain:

    The White Point Ranch terrain is gently sloping mesquite country to rolling liveoak hills. The ranch has a very good mix of native brush & grasses with the north 3/4 being solid liveoak country. There is no cedar on the ranch!

    Water:

    There are 3 water wells, a solar, a windmill, and an electric pump. The electric pump well has a water line which runs north thru the ranch to provide water along the way. Water is stored in a 5’x30’ concrete reservoir at the cattle pens and also stored in a 5’x20’ steel reservoir at the solar well. In addition to the well water, there are 3 small dirt tanks. The water quality is excellent.

    Improvements:

    There is a nice set of steel cattle pens with an old barn just inside the gate off Hwy 83. The entire perimeter is high fenced, being in very good shape. In the middle of the ranch is an old hunting camp. It consists of a nice shed w/a concrete floor, electricity,and water.

    Recreation:

    The ranch has been game fenced for many years, providing excellent trophy deer hunting. In addition to the trophy deer, there are a lot of Rio Grande Turkey and a small herd of Axis deer (approximately 25head). The deer are all native, no introduced genetics, with deer scoring as much as 199 5/8. The deer I have seen have all been in excellent condition.

    Comments:

    The White Point Ranch has been in the same family since October of 1988. The east boundary borders Hwy 83 for approximately 2.1 miles. There is one gas well on the property. This is a beautiful liveoak ranch with a lot of big deer.
