Location Description:
This scenic ranch is located southwest of Sonora, Texas approximately 16 miles south on Hwy. 277 then 16 miles west on FM 189. This paved FM road is known as the JUNO Road and it bisects the ranch approximately 50/50.
Terrain:
The topography of this ranch is gently rolling to steep mountains with some beautiful canyons with 150-200 ft. elevation changes. Elevations vary from the mid 1900’s to the mid 2100’s. Recreation:
Excellent whitetail deer hunting with lots of turkey in the region. Note: Anthrax has been noted in this region of the state but not a strong presence on the ranch as reported by a former tenant of many years.
